August-October Plan
Hello Peloton Workout Users. I started RK’s express split today as I go back into school/teacher mode. I was a little nervous as there has been mixed reviews—particularly with people getting injured or fatiguing.
I made some modifications to the plan, and I thought I would share how I am using it. (I am not a fitness expert, just a fitness-prioritizer.)
- I am truly using it as a way to fit in strength and cardio into my mornings before school.
- I wake up at 4 am to get everything in before work, and find 45 minutes ideal for workout time.
- I prioritize warm-ups and stretching after— I won’t skip it.
- I am taking the idea someone else had a splitting up the weeks into 2. I will run on the other days
- I am going safe the first week and not going too heavy. I am OK not seeing huge gains— I just don’t want to injure myself.
I attached how I broke it apart. Thanks to the person who shared this workout template in the files.
Not for everyone, but it might appeal to someone else, and so I thought I would share.
