Streams of Babel by Carol Plum-Occi. A terrorist was infecting the water. I remember reading that book and thinking how scary that was. And then for a split second thinking: oh my goodness- do not give any crazy people any ideas.
Well, here we are… about eight years later. I am sure this hacker did not read Streams of Babel. But gosh… what a connection.
P.S. My teacher brain thought I need to recommend this text pair to a student to read- adding to my Schoology group now.
